International Machinery Manufacturing Company located in Barcelona seeks an experienced Service Manager (Responsable de SAT) to lead the Aftermarket Service Team.
* Lead, support, and develop a team of Field Service Technicians, ensuring strong performance and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate and schedule installations, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and emergency service interventions.
* Monitor and optimize service KPIs.
* Work closely with sales and aftermarket teams to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage service backlog and technician workload across the region.
* Provide technical support on spare parts to both the Aftermarket sales team and the field technicians, helping to identify correct parts, validate replacements, and resolve technical queries.
* Act as an escalation point for technical or customer-related issues.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of service activities, interventions, and customer feedback.
* Travel regularly throughout Spain and Portugal to support team members and customer needs.
