We are looking for a motivated and reliable Rental Exclusive to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of holiday rental properties across the Marina Alta area. This role is ideal for a well-organised, customer-focused professional with rental experience, good local knowledge, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent guest experiences. Tasks Support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, etc.) Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay Assist with organising check-ins and check-outs Coordinate with cleaning, laundry, and maintenance teams Ensure properties are well-presented and meet quality standards Help resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner Support maintaining good relationships with property owners Requirements Previous experience in rentals is essential (short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality) Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Good knowledge of the Marina Alta area is an advantage Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required Driving licence and own vehicle preferred Languages: Spanish and English required; additional languages will be valued Benefits Competitive salary based on experience A position within a growing and established local business A dynamic and supportive working environment Opportunity to gain further experience in the rental sector Long-term career potential If this sounds like you, we'd love to have you on board.
