Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead responsible for planning and executing organizational change management for Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a global team, the OCM Lead will leverage business understanding and affiliate experience to effectively manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities:
* Communication Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences for IT-driven changes. Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior and compliance. Create effective communication campaigns, simplify processes, and advise on communication plans and channels.
* Change Management Strategy: Apply organizational change management concepts to high-impact communication plans. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness and promote change adoption among Informatics users and stakeholders.
* Consultation & Business Partnership: Partner with domain and product line leads, advise on product roadmaps, resource management, and align deployment with business cycles.
* Change Teamwork: Collaborate with related teams (UX, Partnering, Engagement) to optimize workflows, share knowledge, and ensure coordinated deployment timing.
Skills:
* Experience with multimedia content creation using AI-assisted tools and video editing.
* Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
* Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities.
* Proactive, with expertise in business partnering and consulting.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies, technical jargon, and organizational change management practices.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* English proficiency.
* Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
* Minimum three years of relevant organizational change management experience.
