The IT Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and networking components, as well as addressing any IT-related issues or concerns. He will be under the responsibility of a more experienced technician.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
▪ Bachelor's degree with specialization in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
▪ Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.
▪ Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking components.
▪ Solid knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, IOS, Android), productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office ), and network environment.
▪ Microsoft Intune
▪ ServiceNow
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
▪ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
▪ Two languages need to be spoken: Spanish and English (C1). French is a plus.
▪ Certifications are a plus.
