Overview
Working closely with REVLON for their HQ in Barcelona, we are looking for a Customer Service French Market based in Barcelona.
This position is responsible for executing the Order to Delivery process to support the sales department and acts as the first contact for our customer regarding service level performance. Customer services must monitor daily the operational KPIs to analyze inefficiencies and implement actions to improve service level excellence.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer service activities to ensure excellent service
* Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance to achieve objectives and plans
* Support Sales & Marketing to achieve sales plans; keep information up to date to share and validate
* Coordinate databases (Customer & material master, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and avoid complaints, returns, and credits due to wrong data
* Support customer requests and act as a central contact for any questions
* Participate and engage in continuous improvement efforts to drive order process quality and efficiency
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business or supply chain management, plus 2–4 years’ experience in B2B
* Customer service knowledge
* Skills in Microsoft Office
* SAP SD knowledge
* Native French language; Fluent in English (C1)
