As a Senior Consultant in our European Commercial Services team, you will be at the forefront of supporting the global life sciences shift to more connected, data-driven, and AI-powered customer relationships. You will work directly with top global pharmaceutical organizations, solving their most critical business challenges by delivering cutting-edge solutions, through implementations of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions, while also driving migrations of Veeva customer environments from SFDC to Veeva Vault Platform.
You’ll lead business process due diligence, design and implement robust and scalable solutions, and drive successful projects, through a variety of roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect and PO/Business Analyst.

The ability to travel domestically and abroad is required (VISA not being handled by Veeva). The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and ideally one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish. The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin), but other EU locations will be considered.
What You'll Do
4. Own delivery for implementation and migration projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead roles
5. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimization and harmonization of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions
6. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and smb organizations
7. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
8. Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks
Requirements
9. 6+ years of experience in SaaS technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, Product Owner
10. Familiarity with CRM ecosystems
11. Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
12. Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
13. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
14. Able to travel approximately 20%
15. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
16. Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Consumer Health sectors
17. Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform, or similar
18. Proficiency in SQL, MDL, Python
19. Veeva certification
20. Additional European language(s)
