Mercedes-Benz is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support our Application Team in Brussels and drive the company’s digital transformation.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments—including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Retail—to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and overseeing the delivery of IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements; translate them into technical specifications.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and contribute to solution design.
* Develop business cases, requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
* Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements for systems and processes.
* Perform feasibility and impact analyses for proposed solutions.
* Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet requirements.
* Support business stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle.
* Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst.
* Proficiency in English and Dutch or French.
* Experience with modern IT technologies (Cloud: AWS, Azure, SecDevOps).
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA/Confluence).
* Knowledge of Data Analytics/BI is an asset.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong organizational skills and end-to-end ownership.
