Participate in the integrated commercial planning process by developing annual Customer Plans that support Brand and Channel Plans, in active cooperation with our Category Development Team. Manage the customer Decision Making Unit at all levels and develop relationships with multiple contact persons (both commercial and non-commercial) to achieve account plans. Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement our Customer Business Plans.

Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volumes and spendings) for assigned accounts and revise them throughout the year. Negotiate pricing, assortment, and promotions to maximize sustainable sales and profit, operating within Lotus's commercial guidelines. Analyze sales figures and monitor promotional activities to generate category insights. Lead and inspire the Field Force team managing these customers.

Profile

We seek a Sales Talent with proven experience in regional Key Account Management and the potential to further develop skills and competencies. We aim to recruit for a commercial career within our Group, either inside or outside Spain. Key characteristics include:

* Bachelor or Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics, etc.)
* At least 4 years of relevant experience in key account management within FMCG.
* Knowledge of LIDL, ALDI, Carrefour, DIA is a plus.
* Team player with a passion for building brands.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* High stress tolerance, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously (given our small team).
* Results-driven, willing to go the extra mile.
* Strong analytical skills and financial understanding.
* Understanding that “Retail = Detail” emphasizes the importance of excellent execution.
* Strategic influencing skills, both internally and externally, to drive growth within assigned customers.
