You will have the backing of a European category leader, access to proven playbooks from our sister markets in France, Italy, and Germany, and the autonomy to shape the Spanish go-to-market from the ground up. /ppbr/ppbr/pbAbout the Role /bpAs a bSales Manager /b, you will report directly to the Country Manager Spain and lead our sales team across ball segments /b: solo practitioners, small and mid-size law firms, large firms, corporate legal departments, and public administrations. Your mission will be to bturn Maite.ai's product-market fit into a scalable revenue engine /b, building the team and the playbook that will consolidate our leadership in the Spanish legal AI market. /ppbr/ppbr/pbWhat You’ll Do /bp✅ Own the bfull commercial number /b for Spain. /pp✅ bRecruit, onboard, and develop /b a high-performing team of Sales Executives, building bench strength as we scale. /pp✅ bCoach your team in the field /b: join demos, co-build closing strategies, run escalation calls, and raise the bar on prospecting, negotiation, and closing. /pp✅ Design and iterate on the bgo-to-market strategy /b, adapting the sales motion to the specificities of each segment. /pp✅ Run disciplined bpipeline management and forecasting /b, ensuring predictability and visibility for the leadership team. /pp✅ Shape and uphold a bdemanding, positive, and results-driven sales culture /b aligned with Maite.ai's values. /pp✅ Be the bvoice of the Spanish customer /b: feed market insights and field feedback into Product, Tech, and Marketing. /pp✅ Collaborate with bSales Teams across the Doctrine group /b (France, Italy, Germany) to share best practices and leverage group-wide playbooks. /ppbr/ppbr/pbWhat We’re Looking For /bp b5+ years of B2B sales experience /b, with at least b3 years leading sales teams /b, ideally in SaaS or technology. /pp Proven track record of bexceeding targets /b and scaling commercial teams in fast-growth environments. /pp Strong bcoaching and people development /b instincts: you get energy from making your team better, not just from closing deals yourself. /pp bAnalytical rigor /b: you run your team with data, forecast accurately, and know your funnel conversion metrics by heart. /pp bOwnership mindset /b: ability to self-manage, build from scratch, and focus on results. /pp bFluency in English /b (mandatory).
