Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for Medtronic CST by promoting and selling medical technology within Catalunya, building long-term stakeholder relationships, and identifying needs to maximize patient benefit. You will work cross-functionally to feed market insights into R&D, operations, and marketing while executing market development plans. - Promote and sell Medtronic products/services in the assigned geographic area to meet/exceed targets
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals
- Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits
- Promote education about the company’s products/services
- Conduct market research on customers and competitors
- Implement market development plans/strategies and adjust as needed
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to R&D, Operations, and Marketing

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Medical/Science background
- Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience
- Valuable experience in Neurosurgery/Orthopedics units
- Knowledge of the medical industry competitive landscape
- Fluency in English
- Understanding of decision-making processes (economic buyer, reimbursement)
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision
