About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing company in the
online gaming sector, is building a high-performing
Acquisition team in Madrid. They’re looking for a Fluent/Proficiency
German speaker with strong English
to drive outbound sales and convert high-intent leads into active customers.

Base salary up to
€30k + monthly bonus €500–1,000 (OTE €46–52k).
What You’ll Do
Engage with high-intent leads to drive customer acquisition.
Follow structured outbound strategies and use your negotiation skills to maximize conversions.
Record and manage all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Retention, CRM).
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously grow your skills.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent/Proficiency German Speaker
and
strong English.
2–5 years of sales experience, ideally outbound.
CRM knowledge and quick adaptability to new tools.
Excellent
sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
Based in
Madrid
(100% onsite).
Work Conditions
Schedule: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00 (1-hour lunch). xhfqzwm Monday to Friday
22 vacation days per year.
Contract via
third-party employer.
