**The Role**
As a Business Development Manager you will work in a high volume outbound cold calling role where you will reach out to independent retailers. You will be tasked to identify key contacts and swiftly establish strong connections and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with our client. Ultimately, you will need to understand their needs and successfully close sales on the B2B offerings. This is a target driven role that suits someone who will thrive in an outbound sales environment and who is motivated to exceed targets.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in German and English
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in an outboud sales role
- Target driven and wants to exceed targets
