Job description #128640; Looking for a dynamic Chinese Speaking Event Coordinator to #127917; to join our Super SmartWorks Team office in Malaga.
The candidate will lead the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events. This role encompasses a wide range of events, from intimate corporate meetings to large-scale international conferences, ensuring each is executed with precision, creativity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
We need someone who:
Oversee all phases of event planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and post-event evaluation. Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external providers, suppliers, and partners. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
Lead on-site operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown. Provide real-time problem-solving and decision-making to address any challenges that arise during events.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle. Prepare and present post-event reports, including performance metrics and recommendations for future improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) within a corporate or agency environment.
Contribute to team success by supporting collective objectives.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Mandatory Proficiency/Native in Chinese, Fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish.
