The Account Manager B2B Sales will act as a key commercial link between flower growers and business clients—navigating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in the Balkan Region (for one of these countries: Drive Sales & Close Deals: Actively source and engage new business clients. Market Expansion: Spot new opportunities in the region and help shape our growth strategy with local insights.
Order Monitoring: Track order status daily, reacting promptly to any changes to act accordingly.
Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of the country, whether through residence or cultural/market knowledge.
English proficiency (our company´s language) + the language of the country where you are applying for.
Experience: 3 years in a B2B sales, or account management role. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial instincts. Competitive Compensation: The position is offered on a freelance basis with yearly compensation of €34.912 performance-based variable compensation).
