How you will shape Prophero:
You'll be the product manager for a key area of PropHero's experience—owning our mobile and web app (WIP) end-to-end—working cross-functionally to discover, define, and deliver features that make property investment radically simpler, smarter, and more accessible.
Own the product lifecycle: From ideation and discovery to delivery and iteration.
You'll manage everything from product specs to quality assurance.
Drive product discovery: Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to uncover real customer pain points and shape features that solve them.
Specify features clearly: Translate complex requirements into pragmatic, well-defined user stories with clear KPIs and success metrics.
Lead delivery with excellence: Partner with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed, with a strong eye for detail and trade-off decisions.
Think in systems and architecture: Your technical fluency allows you to understand engineering implications and build robust, scalable solutions.
Track and optimize performance: Monitor key metrics, run A/B tests, analyze user feedback, and iterate with impact.
Be the voice of the user: Whether it's a first-time investor or a returning customer, you'll keep their needs at the center of every product decision.
What makes you a great fit:
3+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces, fintech, proptech, or fast-growing digital products.
You bringtechnical fluency: whether from a STEM background or self-taught experience, you understand software architecture and speak confidently with engineers.
You'redata-driven, comfortable with KPIs, experiments, dashboards, and pulling insights to support your roadmap.
You'reuser-obsessed: you go beyond requirements to understand behaviors, journeys, and motivations.
Strongcollaboration and communicationskills: you bring people with you, align cross-functional teams, and influence with clarity.
Youspeak Spanish fluently and have at least an intermediate English level, to connect effectively with internal business teams and local users across key markets.
Experience working in aremote, multicultural, fast-paced environmentis a big plus.
