Senior Financial Controller
We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to act as a strategic business partner across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will focus on business performance, financial planning, and strategic decision support, working closely with different departments to maximize growth and profitability. The Controller will be responsible for connecting finance with business strategy, ensuring visibility, efficiency, and control.
Your Challenge
Business & Performance Control
 * Monitor and analyze financial performance vs budget, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
 * Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, consolidating inputs from all business units and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
 * Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to provide financial insights for pricing, margin optimization, investments, and international expansion.
 * Develop financial models and dashboards to support decision‑making and profitability improvement.
 * Optimize working capital (DSO, DPO, inventory days) in coordination with AR, AP, and Operations.
Finance Process Ownership
 * Oversee AR & AP processes.
 * Oversee stock valuation: ERP vs physical reconciliation, obsolescence, and shrinkage provisions.
 * Guarantee ERP integrity across order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, and record‑to‑report flows.
Controls & Compliance
 * Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local accounting standards.
 * Oversee tax compliance: VAT, customs, corporate tax, and intercompany transfer pricing.
 * Maintain strong internal controls, segregation of duties, and fraud prevention practices.
 * Oversee financial exposures from store credits, gift cards, chargebacks, and returns.
 * Collaborate with the AR & Risk Manager on credit enforcement, insurance coverage, and financial risk assessments.
Reporting & Communication
 * Prepare accurate and timely management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for the CFO, COO, CEO, and Board.
 * Consolidate and report KPIs across business units and geographies.
 * Provide clear, actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
You Will Rock At This Role If You Have…
 * 5-7 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in fashion, retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods.
 * Strong finance background (experience in Big4, consulting, or audit highly valued).
 * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools knowledge (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
 * Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo, or similar).
 * Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and strategic mindset.
 * Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
 * Fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
