With AI integration, physical Windows devices and Cloud PCs offer unprecedented flexibility and efficiency, facilitating seamless transitions between on-premise and remote work environments.
The purpose of our team is to focus on the top 100 customers in Western Europe to drive device revenues, demonstrating the capacity to connect with key business stakeholders and lead large device deals.
Role Overview
As a Surface Specialist, you will expand your sales skills across an international territory of 2 to 4 countries, with support for additional countries as needed. You will lead device sales with strategic customers, gaining visibility in the Modern Workspace and accelerating your career growth by developing deep business acumen and deal structuring skills. This role offers flexibility to work from home based on customer meeting needs.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the Surface sales efforts for your assigned accounts, demonstrating product expertise.
2. Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and accurately forecast opportunities.
3. Close complex deals with a strong understanding of devices and business requirements.
4. Act as the primary interface to customers, orchestrating resources to solve their problems.
5. Deliver persuasive presentations to C-level and technical decision-makers.
6. Help customers build their business and IT solutions with Microsoft technology.
7. Identify and resolve technical and competitive blockers by engaging appropriate resources.
8. Own opportunities from start to close, collaborating with partners and internal teams to scale sales.
9. Share knowledge and best practices with peers.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or
* Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field plus 3+ years of experience.
* 2+ years of solution or services sales experience.
* Strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to close complex deals and understand Microsoft’s sales and business models.
