Key Responsibilities:

* Develop business and build up distribution network based on company strategy and reach the sales target in Spain, as well as in other European countries of the territory;
* Manage sales projects and control the selling process;
* Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements;
* Keep and improve relationship with the partners and customers;
* Participate in public events and fairs to promote GRG brand and products
* Provide foresight recommendation for future development, such as new market development, new product design;
* Collect and provide market/customer requirements, competitors’ information, etc.

Qualification Requirement:

* At least 5 years sales experience in Software/Integrated Solution, Intelligent Hardware, banking self-service terminal sales, ATM sales and/or bank IT related experience preferred;
* Extended experience in direct and channel sales and customer relationship development & management;
* Strong negotiation, aggressive sales spirits and skills;
* Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated;
* Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable;
* No military obligation for male candidates (or military obligation should be postponed for two years);
* Based in Madrid, Barcelona, or other location which is accepted by GRGBanking;
* Excellent communication skills both in Spanish and English, skills with multiple languages will be preferred;
* Master MS Office Word, Excel and Power Point;
* Willing to accept and learn new things.
