Job Description
You will be responsible for pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including customer support during sales development, project delivery, commissioning, and after-sales service. Your tasks include resolving technical issues, tracking feedback, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
You will also gather customer requirements, communicate them to R&D, analyze feedback for product improvements, drive product upgrades, create technical documentation and training materials, and compile repair case studies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in electric power, communications, electronics, measurement and control, automotive service engineering, or related fields. Experience in charging stations or new energy is preferred. Candidates should have strong methodology, execution, teamwork, learning ability, responsibility, meticulousness, self-drive, and fluency in English and Spanish. Mandarin is a plus.
