About The Role
We are seeking a
German-speaking Onboarding Account Manager
to join an international team specializing in
digital marketing and online advertising solutions
.
In this role, you will support new business clients during their onboarding journey helping them design, implement, and optimize data-driven campaigns that enhance brand visibility and performance across digital platforms.
The position combines strategic consulting, relationship management, and technical onboarding, offering an excellent opportunity to develop within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide and onboard new business clients, ensuring smooth adoption of digital advertising tools.
* Understand client objectives and design tailored marketing strategies to meet their goals.
* Provide consultative guidance on campaign structure, optimization, and performance tracking.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers across the DACH market.
* Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to business growth.
* Utilize analytics and AI insights to drive campaign performance and client satisfaction.
* Ensure all client information is accurately managed and documented in CRM systems.
Requirements
* Native or C2-level German and fluent English.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or B2B Sales.
* Proven client-facing experience, ideally in an international or high-stakes environment.
* Strong understanding of the German market, including business culture and data privacy (GDPR).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and results-oriented mindset.
* Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.

* Experience with Google Ads or similar advertising platforms.
