The Early Years Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons appropriate for young learners, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and providing support for children’s developmental needs. Duties will also include monitoring and assessing individual progress, maintaining effective communication with parents and colleagues, and participating in training and developmental activities.QualificationsStrong experience in Lesson Planning and Teaching for young learnersProficiency in Education and Training practices, particularly for early childhood developmentExcellent Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues effectivelyAbility to manage a classroom and create an inclusive, nurturing learning environmentA recognized degree in Education or Early Childhood Studies, with relevant teaching credentialsProficiency in Spanish and Catalan, English knowledge is an advantageA passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting every child’s growth and development
