For the role of Specialist IT Operations Lead we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:
To check and resolve the service request tickets or incident tickets assigned to IT Operations team.Manages the repair and replacement of damaged IT Assets.Setups/configures new assets (laptops) and installs OS (Windows 7, 8.1, 10) and other applications on them._VOIS EU defined application support.Manages all IT deliverables according to the Vodafone policies and ensures the SOX compliancy.Provides support on the following professional areas:
Video Conference devices, Telephony solution, Room Booking system, printing solutions.To feed the IT topics/news in the internal communication messagesParticipates in network improvement and maintenance tasks.Keeps contact with the relevant Group IT teams regularly and at certain tasks.To be familiar with the IT network infrastructure and able to make minor interventions only based on the alignment with the Network Engineer teams.To keep IT related Guidance documentations updated and present on IT Technical ForumsKeeps the time and budget constraints.
What You Bring
2-5 years-experience of working in an IT/IS Operations/Support team in multinational environment.Fluent English knowledgeGood problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge at MS Windows based desktop & server technologies (Windows7, 8, 10)Basic knowledge on LAN/WAN/IP network technologies, protocolsKnowledge of some other industries:
data centres, voice network (VoIP), Contact Center, Virtualization solutionsGood IT asset and technical competenceFamiliarity with trouble ticketing approach and systems (esp. Remedy)Problem solving skills
Advantages:
Experience in supporting the deployments of IT infrastructure and Contact Centre IP telephony product setsExperience in remote desktop solutions and Remote Desktop Management solutions (Cisco, VDI, TeamViewer, etc.)Knowledge of ITIL v3 Foundation methodology
