This role requires a combination of strategic agility and strong analytical thinking to develop appealing guidelines and frameworks, translating them into cluster realities, targets, roadmaps, and action plans. It involves a high level of collaboration with cluster and regional stakeholders and the ability to navigate strategic and deployment challenges, thus stakeholder management is essential.
The role involves designing cluster-level Trade investment strategies and leading their deployment. It drives alignment across clusters and functions, supports cluster recommendations and insights on trade effectiveness and ROI through analysis, and coordinates trade investment decisions aligned with the Segment and cluster Value creation agenda.
This is a 12-month position, potentially based around our South European Cluster (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Balkans, or Israel).
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop cluster Trade investment strategy and framework, ensuring alignment with overall cluster business strategy and Value creation plan across SRM pillars.
* Adapt cluster Trade investment strategy into sub-cluster guidelines.
* Set and allocate Trade targets between sub-clusters/cells with a focus on improving Trade ROI.
* Define action plans to achieve Trade targets across countries.
* Partner with other divisions and stakeholders to implement and enhance Trade investment strategy.
* Conduct analyses across the cluster to derive insights for continuous Trade ROI improvement, chair Trade performance reviews, and inform ongoing strategies.
* Manage annual targets in Trade investment, initiate scenario planning, and drive organizational alignment.
* Collaborate with SRM teams to develop Trade capabilities within the cluster and evaluate the effectiveness of deployed tools and processes.
* Support deployment and localization of TSM tools at the cluster level.
* Align cross-functional ways of working for the Trade pillar.
* Represent the cluster Trade pillar in relevant forums and act accordingly.
* Serve as the point of contact for the cluster Trade pillar to regional communities and deploy regional Trade projects locally, collaborating with the regional team to incorporate local inputs.
What are we looking for?
* 4-5 years of experience in Sales, SRM, or Finance.
* Fluent in English (written and oral).
* Strategic mindset and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of Trade Investment management.
* Sales knowledge is preferred.
