Working with us means embracing a culture of excellence, innovation, and real impact. /p pAs a Head of Real Estate Italy, you will be responsible of the Strategic Partnerships on Italy, handling partners acquisition as an individual contributor and managing one Strategic Partnership Executive in charge of Account management. /p h3Missions /h3 pThe mission of the Strategic Partnership team is to build and expand the network of partnerships with real estate and bank players, that refer their customers to papernest, allowing us to offer our service (distribution network). /p h3The missions of the Head of Real Estate Italy include /h3 ul liLeading and executing the sales strategy /li liDefine the objectives for the team /li liMentor the team and help on deal closings (acquisition or upsells) and account strategy to drive results /li liClose the biggest accounts as an individual contributor. /li liBusiness unit steering /li liRun performance analysis in order to make decisions (recruitments for instance), you’re responsible for your PL in Italy, from revenue to margin generation. /li liReports performance to the Head of partnerships ; leading quarterly business reviews. /li liRun multiple analysis, including problem solving investigation (root cause) and market sizings. /li liIdentity growth levers on the market (expanding the offering ;refining the go-to-market strategy) /li liTeam management /li liRecruit, coach and develop a team, with one FTE to manage to date, could be 5 in the future if successful. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li3 yrs in Strategy consulting or 5 yrs in Enterprise sales (management position) /li liStrong decision making and problem solving skills, ability to build relationships /li liStrong desire and ability to move up within an organization /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pThrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
