We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Control Engineer to support the delivery of complex upstream oil & gas field development projects. This role is critical to ensuring robust planning, cost control, and performance monitoring across the full project lifecycle.\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- Lead project controls activities including planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (drilling, subsurface, facilities)
- Monitor CAPEX/OPEX, track variances, and implement corrective actions
- Provide accurate forecasting and support investment decision-making (FID readiness)
- Establish and manage KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Interface with technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders (NOC/IOC environment)
- Ensure alignment between project execution and financial objectives
Requirements\n
- Minimum 10 years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas project development
- Proven xugodme expertise in project controls (planning, cost, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of FEED / EPC phases and project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale projects (multi-million / billion USD CAPEX)
- Proficiency in planning and cost control tools (e.G., Primavera P6, Excel advanced)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
