Your Responsibilities
• Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for coordinating and efficiently managing the logistics process of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring that our customers can rely on a qualitative and accurate service.
• You coordinate orders between the warehouse, production, customers, and transport partners.
• You ensure the correct administrative processing of all orders and shipments.
• You maintain daily contact with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and any questions.

Your Profile
• You hold a bachelor's degree and have 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role.
• You communicate fluently and professionally, both verbally and in writing English.
• You are motivated, structured, and able to work independently, but you also enjoy working in a team environment.
• You have a flexible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• You are customer-oriented and actively contribute to the smooth execution of your tasks.
• You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail in administrative processes.
• You are digitally skilled, familiar with Excel, and open to learning new systems.
• A commercial mindset is a plus — if you are interested in trading and sales, you can be trained over the coming years.
• We require a high level of commitment, sense of belonging, and engagement.
