It is a newly created role reporting into the Global VP – Human Resources and there is considerable focus for the appointed individual to make a huge impact across the business.
We are are looking for a hands-on HRIS & Talent Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of talent and HR systems processes across our European locations. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our talent and HRIS activities, keeping our systems accurate, our talent processes running smoothly and our people data reliable.
You will work closely with HR Business Partners, frontline managers and employees to deliver an exceptional experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
