The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with important customers. This role involves learning about Bel's product offerings, understand customer needs, and supporting revenue growth through effective account management and solution-oriented sales. The adecuado candidate will have experience in customer relationship management and an ability to collaborate with both customers and internal teams.
Are You Looking to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue cross-selling/up-selling initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, customer service) to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor account performance and sales metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Are You Ready to:
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively address challenges and opportunities
- Travel as required (up to 30%) to meet with customers and attend industry events, domestic and international
Job Requirements:
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
German language is essential
