Transformation and Optimization Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking a transformative leader to reimagine and optimize our Global TechOps and Support organization, driving high-performance teams, breaking silos, and optimizing costs through strategic budget management.
The Transformation and Optimization Lead will develop and implement transformation plans, ensuring alignment with department objectives and strategic priorities. This role will focus on eliminating fragmentation, cultivating high-performance teams, building AI-driven strategies, and managing strategic initiatives focused on identifying and implementing new value streams and cost savings opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a futuristic mindset, understanding business evolution, capable of designing future-state models, solving complex problems, and transforming global teams. Proven experience in making tough decisions and driving measurable business value is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions and lead change initiatives aligned with long-term business strategy and customer-centric outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Transformation and Initiative Management
* Design and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy for a unified global operating model, assessing the current state and defining the future state across global locations.
* Develop a roadmap for process optimization, leveraging AI and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Identify industry trends and collaborate with department leaders to recommend improvements.
* Participate in projects to improve performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.
* Lead change management efforts, engaging stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
* Evaluate and implement technology solutions supporting transformation initiatives.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and optimization.
High Performance Team Building
* Cultivate and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on innovation and value creation.
* Make tough decisions to drive strategic goals and operational excellence.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
AI and Data-Driven Strategies
* Identify AI capabilities and develop strategies to integrate these technologies into business processes.
* Build and execute AI strategies to enhance support delivery, including predictive analytics and automation.
* Use data insights to improve workflows and create scalable solutions.
* Develop team expertise to solve complex customer challenges and translate solutions into value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to develop innovative solutions.
* Leverage partnerships to influence decisions and execute strategic initiatives.
* Apply analytical thinking to define problems and develop solutions.
Cost Optimization and Budget Management
* Work with senior management to develop cost measurement techniques for various cost drivers.
* Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor costs and enable data-driven decisions.
Performance Management and MBOs
* Define and implement measurable Management by Objectives aligned with strategic goals.
* Set KPIs to track progress on transformation, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Continuously optimize team structure, processes, and tools for agility and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement and Executive Presentations
* Partner with senior leadership to align initiatives with company strategy and customer success.
* Ensure consistent adoption of initiatives across global teams.
* Act as a change agent, communicating vision and driving buy-in.
* Develop presentations for senior leadership to share strategies and recommendations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 10+ years of experience in support, technology operations, or transformation roles within large global organizations, preferably with B2B platform knowledge.
* Proven experience in leading global transformations, strategy execution, and change management, with at least 3 years in managerial or consulting roles.
* Project Management or Change Management certification preferred.
* Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Strategic thinker with understanding of AI, automation, and data platforms.
* Experience in setting and managing performance goals and team restructuring.
* Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
* Results-driven with the capacity to lead through complexity and ambiguity.
* Experience transforming siloed support ecosystems into unified models.
* Ability to build high-performing global teams and make tough decisions.
* Passion for solving customer challenges through technology, data, and innovation.
