About the role
1. Perform product demos, configure products in test systems, and execute operational tasks during demos (e.g., creating policies, approving underwriting, creating claims), ensuring demonstrations run smoothly and are tailored to client-specific needs.
2. Respond to RFIs and RFPs, deepen your understanding of the Peak3 platform, and improve the response repository for accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
3. Engage with senior customer representatives to understand their requirements and present solutions aligned with their business goals.
4. Develop visually compelling and reusable slide decks and presentations to showcase Peak3's platform capabilities and benefits, using storytelling techniques to engage clients with technical material.
5. Ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Delivery by acting as the primary or shadow Business Analyst / Account Manager.
6. Support the initial implementation phase, manage the handover to the delivery team, and assist Product and Project Managers to align with client expectations and delivery goals.
7. Support Business Development efforts by providing subject-matter expertise during prospecting, market events, talks, and webinars, engaging with potential clients or partners to showcase our platform.
8. Work closely with Product and Technical teams to support customer onboarding and solution delivery.
What You Bring
* At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, particularly in presales and customer onboarding.
* Good understanding of insurance technology, SaaS platforms, and cloud solutions.
* Strong presentation and communication skills, with expertise in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior stakeholders.
* Experience managing and responding to RFIs and RFPs, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
* Excellent spoken and written English and German skills are required.
