How can you help us?
You will support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring system stability, integrity, and security through proactive performance tuning, upgrades, and installation planning. You will collaborate with IT teams to optimize operations, manage integrations, and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Main responsibilities:
* Install, configure, monitor, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems, including application servers, databases, and integrations.
* Analyze and optimize system performance, including memory management and workload balancing.
* Perform upgrades, enhancement package installations, and SAP notes implementation with minimal business impact.
* Implement and manage SAP security settings, user roles, and authorization profiles in line with GRC policies.
* Handle escalated issues related to SAP system performance, access, and errors, troubleshooting technical incidents.
* Monitor system health proactively, identify issues, and resolve failures.
* Manage integration with other enterprise applications, including third-party and cloud services.
* Maintain detailed technical documentation.
* Collaborate with functional SAP teams, IT infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Skills and competencies:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
* Several years of SAP consulting or support experience.
* Project management experience is valuable.
Additional competencies:
* Solid knowledge of SAP CALM, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI.
* Understanding of key business processes and SAP system interactions.
* Proficiency in English (C1 or higher); knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
