Position: RPA Designer

The RPA Designer supports the business with robotics expertise. Responsibilities include designing robotic process automation (RPA), specifying requirements, programming, testing, and deploying solutions. The role involves identifying RPA opportunities, analyzing current processes, defining future processes within the SHAPE framework, and ensuring operational security alongside the RPA Team Lead at the Center of Expertise in Madrid.
The RPA Designer may be part of a KG/KW function, a member of the Digital Organization teams, or the Center of Expertise in Madrid.
Focus: RPA process analysis and design
Mobility Needs You
Experience:
* Experience in project management, process analytics, and design
* Knowledge of common business processes, preferably in finance or back-office departments
* RPA programming knowledge is advantageous (e.g., Kryon, Softomotive, MS Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
* Database programming and design experience is a plus
* Experience working in agile teams (Scrum)
* At least one year of programming experience preferred
Skills:
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and create scalable, extensible architecture for RPA projects
* Preferred programming languages: Python, VB Script/VBA
* Other advantageous languages: Java, JavaScript, .NET
* Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, OCR tools, enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle), MS SQL databases, ITSM tools (ServiceNow), Confluence, Jira, Qlik
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Business Process Management
