The Opportunity
As Ogury’s business scales rapidly, the Sales Strategy and Operations team drives key processes of the commercial organization by translating strategic needs into operational actions. The team’s mission is to provide commercial teams with conditions to maximize revenue and operational efficiency through measurement, processes, and tools.
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Strategy and Operations, this role offers high exposure to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in evolving our Sales Operations processes. It provides a unique opportunity to expand your business acumen and professional experience in a dynamic global tech environment.
What you will do
* Perform & improve Revenue Forecasting processes (Quarterly Reviews & Annual Budget) with Regional Sales Strategy Business Partners.
* Develop & maintain reporting for seamless business performance tracking, including weekly sales reports and quarterly reviews shared with C-level and leadership.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis to provide actionable insights supporting business growth and decision-making.
* Research industry trends, opportunity size, and client data to support sales prospecting.
* Create & maintain process documentation.
