BettingJobs is working with a growing iGaming B2B studio with offices in the UK and Spain who are looking to expand their commercial team with an experienced Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regulated and emerging markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals that deliver value for both the client and the company.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events, promoting the games, products, and services.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to finalise contracts and ensure smooth onboarding and go-live processes.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on pipeline progress, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets while aligning with overall business strategy.
- Contribute to refining and optimising business development processes and best practices.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members and share knowledge of product and market dynamics.
- Drive market entry strategies by assessing local regulations, compliance requirements, and competitive landscapes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the iGaming sector.
- Deep understanding of the general online casino ecosystem, including slot content, competitors, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
