Essential Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in telecommunications sales, optical networks, or other hardware-related telecom sectors.
Proven success managing major accounts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators.
Deep knowledge of optical transceivers, DWDM systems, coherent optics, switching/routing ecosystems, and operator procurement cycles.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close multi-million-dollar contracts.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage C-level relationships .
High level of English (spoken and written).
⭐ Preferred
Experience in optical module companies or photonic manufacturing.
Familiarity with global trends: 5G transport, broadband deployment, open/disaggregated optical networks.
Strong analytical skills.

Availability to work in a hybrid model in Málaga.
