**Supervisor**
**_ Summary: _**Your mission will be to manage and coordinate all the productive resources available in its section(s), guaranteeing effective compliance with manufacturing programs, and ensuring compliance with established quality, cost, and safety standards, as well as the use of best operating practices and a good working environment among employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Execute and supervise the production to ensure the delivery and the quality costumer requirement.
- Planning and distribute the workloads between the sections and shifts assigning workers the different jobs according to their capabilities and abilities.
- Ensure the proper administration and use of consumer materials.
- Propose optimizations in operations and procedures increasing the productivity.
- Use Lean Manufacturing to improve the different processes, analyze the problems and standardize the production area, creating a culture of change.
- Verify that the necessary documentation for production, exists.
- Supplier management according to the area’s need
- Participate in the development of new products.
- Control and ensure the order, cleaning and optimal maintenance of machinery, facilities, tools, and control equipment.
- Manage and report daily on positive and negative incidents happens in tasks and people.
- Promote and collaborate in the training of work teams and the personnel involved to achieve the maximum possible versatility.
- Encourage and motivate the team or section under your command to achieve manufacturing objectives.
- Control and monitor the optimal performance of equipment, machines, and people.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Education and/or Work Experience:_**
- A Technical Engineering Degree will be valued.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in functions of manager and / or coordinator of production teams.
- Knowledge in section about product or production phases.
- It is essential to have availability to have a shifted schedule (TM, TT, TN)
**_ Technical Skills:_**
- Advanced user of MS Office.
- Fluent level of Spanish.
- A level of English will be valued.
- Dynamic, methodical and organized.
- Strong leadership skills and team orientation; ability to lead change.
