Job Description
* Requirements Analysis
* Design and implement functional solutions in projects
* Provide effort estimations for projects
* Coordinate with the Omega team and / or clients to achieve project objectives
* Analyze and improve application performance
* Collaborate with technology providers as required
* Validate solutions against functional requirements
* Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards
* Generate functional documentation for completed projects
* Share knowledge within Omega's community of practice
Required Experience
* Minimum 4 years of experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles
* Experience in Field Service is a plus
* Experience with various clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community, etc.
* Experience with Agile methodologies
Skills
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
