International Talent Acquisition Officer at Astek - Madrid
We are looking for a Senior IT Talent Acquisition Officer with solid experience in IT recruitment, who speaks fluent english and is motivated to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our team at SOTEC (part of the ASTEK Group ). You will play a key role in our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract and select the best IT professionals in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Experience :
Over 5 years in IT recruitment.
Education :
Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Languages :
Intermediate / Advanced English level (minimum B2).
Skills :
Team player, proactive and highly organized.
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsible, solution-oriented, and resourceful.
Passionate about building relationships and acquiring talent.
* Posting job offers, actively sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and conducting interviews (phone and face-to-face).
* Managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates to their evaluation and final hiring.
* Collaborating with multiple departments, including Sales, General Services, HR, and Legal, to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
* After a training period, you will have the opportunity to mentor an intern as part of our commitment to developing young talent.
* Leading an internal improvement initiative in the recruitment area (Training, Talent Retention, Performance Management, etc.).
