If you're a natural relationship builder who enjoys travel, autonomy, and helping others reach their full potential — this might be your perfect next move.
This is not your typical desk job. As International Recruitment & Business Development Specialist for the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region, you’ll represent EU Business School across key growth markets — including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Cameroon, and more. Your mission? Inspire and support students as they explore international business education opportunities with us.
From visiting schools and meeting students to working with agents and speaking at education fairs, you’ll be the face of EU Business School on the ground — making meaningful connections and driving results.
You’ll be based in Barcelona, supported by a collaborative international team — but how far you go is up to you.
Why this role could be a great fit for you
* You drive your income. Our bonus system rewards high performers with up to 50% extra on top of your base salary — no cap.
* You own your region. You'll be in charge of developing student recruitment across the SSA market — with clear goals and the freedom to reach them your way.
* You explore the world. Expect to travel 90+ days per year to build lasting connections across vibrant and diverse African countries.
* You make a difference. This isn’t just about student numbers — you’re helping young people take life-changing steps toward international success.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in representing EU Business School across the SSA region — helping students and their families make informed choices about their futures. You’ll work both independently and as part of our global team to:
* Build strong relationships with local schools, agents, and educational partners
* Organize and attend student fairs, info sessions, and school visits
* Guide prospective students through the full admissions journey — from first contact to enrollment
* Collaborate closely with our admissions and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experience
* Track progress, manage your recruitment pipeline, and report to your Regional Manager
What we’re looking for
* You’re fluent in English (spoken and written). French is a strong plus, as you’ll be covering both anglophone and francophone countries.
* You’re passionate about working with people and have a strong ability to connect across cultures.
* You’ve worked in a sales, recruitment, or student advisory role before — and enjoy being out in the field.
* You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working toward ambitious goals.
* You’re open to extensive travel and thrive in international, fast-paced environments.
Most of all, you care about what you do. You understand that you’re not just recruiting students — you’re helping shape tomorrow’s leaders. Many of the students you guide today could be the future CEOs, innovators, and changemakers of tomorrow.
What we offer
We provide a permanent position based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, where you’ll join a diverse, international team that values collaboration and personal growth.
Along with a competitive base salary, you’ll benefit from a generous uncapped bonus structure — with the opportunity to earn up to 50% extra based on your performance.
You’ll also enjoy:
* 24 days of paid vacation per year
* One home office day per week (after probation)
* Private health insurance at a favorable rate (deducted from salary)
* Discounted gym membership
* Shortened working hours during the summer months
