Responsibilities

- Supervise plant operations, ensuring equipment availability and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Organize production to meet customer requirements, coordinating with Industrial, Maintenance, End‑to‑End Optimisation, Business Development, Performance, HSE teams and other stakeholders to reach facility‑level targets.
- Collaborate with the End‑to‑End Optimisation Center and industrial management experts to propose and implement improvements to process efficiency and reliability.
- Coordinate local operating and maintenance technician teams, adjust resource allocation, establish schedules, and introduce new working methods to enhance business efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Lead proximity maintenance activities, manage the program and budget, ensure adherence to best practices and alerts, and participate in maintenance shutdowns.
- May take over delegation of the Primary Production Facility Manager during absences and participate in on‑call management duties.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 10 to 15 years of significant operational or technical experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of plant operation, process control (DCS, PLC), maintenance tools and methods, labor law, industrial regulations, and IMS standards.
- Excellent team management, transversal and interface management, decision‑making, leadership, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills; resilience under pressure and stress; strong communication, organisational and rigorous mindset; commitment to safety and reliability; customer‑orientation (internal and external). xcskxlj
