Responsibilities

Assists in preparing client presentations, reports, and other materials.
Develops a basic understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus.
Documents key discussion points from client meetings and calls, sharing follow-up notes with internal teams and the client.
Assists in key client performance indicators reporting, such as placement success rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire, efficiency for providing staffing solutions for operational roles.
Ensures accurate entry of operational client contract details into internal systems, assisting Sales Support with record‑keeping.
Maintains and ensures accurate and up‑to‑date records of Operational Talent Solutions sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Requires a basic understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market.
Focuses on understanding the client problem, and collecting all relevant information.
Provides support in straightforward business development or account management activities.
Has limited direct contact with clients and/or prospects.
A foundational role for professionals building their career in sales, focusing on core skills.
