Senior Business Development Manager - Defence & Aerospace - Quantum Computing - Spain (remote)

We’re looking for a Business Development professional to lead growth in the defense and aerospace sectors. You’ll work closely with technical teams and customers to deliver high-impact solutions, build strong relationships, and drive new business.
What You'll Do
- Lead sales efforts and close six- to seven-figure deals
- Identify and grow new opportunities in defense and aerospace
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate demos, proposals, and technical support
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Represent the company at industry events
- Provide customer feedback to improve products
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in sales/consulting (tech/engineering focus)
- 2+ years in defense sector, with strong network
- Experience with public procurement and startups/scale-ups
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Self-starter, goal-driven, and team player
