Aerodynamics Academy
Aerodynamics Academy is a well-established EASA Approved Training Organisation based in Spain, with more than 27 years of continuous operation.
We operate from two bases in southern Spain — Granada and Málaga — and run a fully implemented Safety Management System within a genuine just culture, where safety reporting is encouraged and never penalised.
Our fleet combines traditional and brand-new aircraft with analogue and glass cockpits, all
maintained in-house
to ensure high availability and operational reliability.
Other than Integrated and modular training, we also deliver
MPL
programmes for several airlines in collaboration with
CAE, exposing our instructors to airline-oriented training standards and structured cadet programmes.__________________________________________________________________________________
Our ideal candidate
We are looking for two distinct profiles:
Developing Instructor
A Flight Instructor with:Minimum 500 hours Total TimeMinimum 200 hours of instructional experience
Who is motivated to continue developing professionally and obtain additional qualifications such as IRI and CRI. We offer a structured pathway to support your progression while providing stability and operational consistency.
Senior Instructor
An experienced FI holding CRI and/or IRI privileges who is seeking:Long-term stabilityPredictable working conditionsA competitive and reliable incomeAn excellent quality of life
We value senior instructors who are willing to share their experience, contribute to standardisation, and mentor younger colleagues within the organisation.__________________________________________________________________________________
