Job Title : Field Sales Support Overview : We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Support professional with strong experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally involving software or hardware for automation. This role supports our sales team in the field, engages with customers, and represents the company at industry events. The job can be performed remotely, with frequent travel required to customer sites and events. Close collaboration with the Sales Manager is essential to ensure smooth commercial operations and excellent customer engagement. Key Responsibilities : Support the Sales Manager with daily sales tasks, customer follow-ups, and pipeline coordination. Travel up to 70% of the time to visit customers, partners, prospects, and production facilities. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences, supporting lead generation and strong brand presence. Conduct on-site customer visits to understand technical and commercial needs, support demonstrations, and assist in solution discussions. Provide field feedback to help refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops. Maintain accurate documentation of customer visits, interactions, and next steps. Collaborate closely with internal teams — technical, marketing, and operations — to ensure seamless project and customer handovers. Requirements : Experience in sales support, field sales, or customer-facing roles within the manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience with automation-related software or hardware (e.G., industrial robots, automation systems, MES, sensors, machine interfaces). Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial environments. Ability and willingness to travel up to 70%. Fluent English is a must; any additional languageis also a must. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-driven, proactive mindset with strong independence and adaptability. Confidence in representing the company during customer visits and public events. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work effectively remotely and manage time independently.
