Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Spanish legal entity. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence across legal, financial, and administrative functions, while also supporting the broader Industry Solutions division on cross‑functional initiatives.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee and manage the operational activities of the Spanish legal entity
* Ensure compliance with local legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
* Coordinate legal documentation, contracts, and compliance‑related processes
* Manage and execute financial approvals and sign‑offs in line with company policies
* Act as a key liaison with internal finance and legal teams (local and global)
* Support HR administrative processes, including onboarding and employee documentation
* Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and local requirements
* Provide operational support to the Industry Solutions division across various initiatives
* Drive process improvements and support cross‑functional coordination
What You Bring
* Proven experience in an operations, business management, or similar role
* Strong understanding of legal, financial, and administrative processes within a corporate environment
* Experience working in a SaaS or technology‑driven business (preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in an international or matrix organization (preferred)
* Familiarity with Spanish corporate and regulatory frameworks (preferred)
* Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
