* Support the development, at both tactical and strategic levels, of marketing plans that support the company's sales targets with a focus on cost optimization and ROI/ROAS.
* Build the VoC (Voice of Customer) and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to gain insights and a full understanding of the company. Liaise with customers and external industry experts and associations to gather insights and validate findings.
