We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team.
Mission:
Participate and collaborate in Business Transformation projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify business needs and objectives.
* Lead workshops for requirements gathering through User Stories involving different business areas.
* Understand and analyze current business flows to design a TO BE state through process mapping and gap analysis.
* Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including specifications, reports, presentations, and user manuals.
* Participate in testing of business transformation projects to ensure quality and performance.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure compliance with timelines and successful delivery.
* Participate in EU alignment meetings and advocate for requirements in the Spanish business.
* Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, training, and change management.
Experience and Skills:
* 1+ years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, or consultant.
* Leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and work independently or cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
* Effective team collaboration skills.
* Quick learner.
* Ability to organize and prioritize work around deadlines and conflicting priorities.
* Experience in consulting or auditing firms is a plus.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
* Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
