We are looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead the manufacturing of nuclear fusion components for the ITER Project. This key role requires expertise in team leadership, contract management, and production line supervision in highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities :
General Tasks :
* Delegates responsibility and authority to the Project Director for daily decisions.
* Acts as the communication link between the client and the Steering Committee.
* Provides leadership on culture and values, aligning the project with organizational strategy, managing risks, and optimizing costs and benefits.
* Ensures compliance with all project terms and monitors good practices with the client.
* Manages project integration, scope, costs, KPIs, schedule, risks, procurement, quality, HR, HSE, and deliverables.
* Coordinates daily with the project team to analyze project status and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
* Prepares and revises project documentation and manages contractual statuses, including purchase orders and bank guarantees.
* Participates in meetings, analyzes proposals, and studies market improvements.
Contract Management :
* Follows up on contractual clauses, manages deviations, amendments, and contractual information exchange.
* Handles dual use, intellectual property, and responsibilities regarding personnel competencies and training.
Progress Reporting :
* Submits progress reports, approves cost statements, and manages invoicing and travel expenses.
Specific Tasks :
* Supports problem-solving, process strategy, insurance management, and coordination with partners.
* Analyzes contract information, manages amendments, and assesses impacts on scope, costs, and safety.
* Coordinates backup plans with subcontractors and supports site management.
Manufacturing (Production Line) :
* Defines and prioritizes production lines, monitors OEE, and ensures manufacturing compliance.
* Reports incidents, manages long lead items, and ensures quality during manufacturing.
* Develops manufacturing design, flowcharts, and manages critical quality items for serial production.
Requirements :
* Minimum 5 years in complex manufacturing and engineering projects, preferably in energy, nuclear, or O&G sectors.
* Leadership, project management, contract management, and manufacturing organization skills.
* Languages: English (B2 negotiation level), Spanish (B1), French (plus).
