✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
* Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people .
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .
* Strong proficiency in Figma .
* Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).
* Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research .
* Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).
* Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products.
* Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.
* Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.
