**Role Purpose**:
Leadership of the Network Deployment team in Vantage Tower, including the Service Delivery Managers. This team is responsible to build new network sites and adapt the infrastructure of the existing ones to allow the collocation of customer equipment in Vantage Towers in Spain. Also, this team manages the installation of Vantage Telco equipment for indoor coverage solutions or other E2E services provided by Vantage to their customers. Ensure compliance with the service, planification and quality levels stipulated in the delivery contracts signed with our customers and contractors, maintaining a regular working and monitoring relationship with all of them to improve the service continuously. Responsible for the capex and opex budget associated with the deployment activity, preparing the annual plans and budgets based on the customers deployment forecast. Cooperate with the Vantage Global departments in the elaboration of the strategy and evolution of the Infrastructure and Telco equipment in our network in the face of new technological advances, or new businesses or needs.
Support the Vantage Commercial departments in the elaboration of the economical offer for customers projects, assuring the best Telco solution for their requirements. Supervise the correct use of the deployment tools related to quantity and quality of information. Guarantee the H&S; compliance for all the deployment vendors and suppliers. Responsible for the development and maintenance of all the procedures and standards associated with the basic network deployment team to carry out its activity. Preparation and annual monitoring of the professional development plan for network deployment team members.
**As a Team Leader Design and Engineering, you´ll be in charge of the following responsibilities**:
- Deployment team leadership
- Customer service assurance, in strong coordination with the Contract Managers:
- Preparation and monitoring of deployment dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions.
- Support the Service Delivery Managers and Contract Managers in the service tracking meetings with the customers
- Providers service assurance.
- Preparation and monitoring of service dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions.
- Service tracking meetings with the vendor leadership
- Negotiations jointly with Vantage commercial team in order to win public or private bids for customer projects.
- Leadership of contingency plans for internal or external situations that can affect to the delivery plans agreed with the customers.
- Monthly deployment delivery and budget target dashboard and continuous improvement of the civil work cost
- Leadership of National, International Topco Global Projects under their responsibility.
**What do you bring?**
- University Degree, preferably in Engineering (Telecommunications, Civil works )
- Fluent in written and spoken English, preferably C1 level according to CEFR.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in network deployment positions, preferably with vendor and customers interaction.
